Stop Smoking in One Hour

So… You want to become a Non-Smoker...Excellent Choice!
There are two main things we do to help you become a non-smoker who does not smoke. Both of them revolve around the same thing...making a good choice. This choice needs to be made at two levels, conscious and unconscious. We have spontaneously interviewed over 6,000 people who have successfully become non-smokers and we found that the strongest common element is that they all made a good choice.

Good News!
There are only three possible choices you can make.

* Yes, I want to be a non-smoker who does not smoke.

* No, I want to be a smoker and continue to smoke.

* Maybe, which is really a back and forth between yes and know.
Most of you are probably feeling like you're at the maybe choice.
So what does this “maybe” mean...

You need more information so you can make a good choice.
Not just any information, the right information that will leverage your decision.
Now, there is tons of information out there, but the info you need is not the conscious logical rational reasons needed to convince just your conscious mind. You need to dissolve some of this mis-information that you have learned, that keep you as a smoker, out of your choice.

You're Unconscious Mind versus Your Conscious Mind.
The unconscious mind can take in information at a rate of 2.3 million bits of information per second or more. So have some fun and multiply 2.3 million times how many seconds you've been alive...that kind of makes the internet look small… doesn't it. Now all this info is stored in the unconscious, but it does not mean we can recall even a small percentage of it. Yet it makes up who we are and how we think. The Conscious mind can actively pay attention to 7 (+/- 2) Bits of information at any given moment. So this is only between 5 and 9 bits per second as opposed to 2.3+ million bits times how many seconds you’ve been alive. Any time the “Conscious Will” comes in conflict with the “unconscious Imagination” … Imagination always wins… ALWAYS!

Making an Unconscious Decision
The unconscious mind has many perceived benefits that it had associated to the habit of Smoking. (See Below) The key to removing these desires is to make the decision at the unconscious level. This is where the Hypnosis comes into play. Hypnosis is one of the oldest and best known ways to re-pattern unconscious behaviors. And first you must realize that the prime directive of the unconscious mind is to protect you. But, what is it protecting you from? It is protecting you from physical harm and/or mental or emotional PAIN. This is where it gets interesting, because one of the most painful experiences is change. Because you are comfortable being “who you are” and doing what you habitually do. So the paradox is that the unconscious mind wants you to stay the same, but there is no such thing because nothing ever really stays the same. You are either going to be growing and expanding or dying and contracting … these are the real choices. Hypnosis and NLP help you to extract the perceived benefit from the old un-resourceful habit of smoking and apply purely the positive intention to some new and more resourceful habit and/or behavior. By preserving the positive intention within the new behavior satisfies the protective part of the mind that the benefit stays the same only in an even more resourceful way.

Perceived Benefits of the Habit of Smoking … In other words
You don’t really want to Smoke … You Want to:

  • Manage Stress - People say that the feel more in control and therefore more relaxed as a result of smoking. It gives them a space to think and resolve issues by removing themselves from the stressful circumstances. (We’ll elaborate more on this in the excuses section)
  • Relax - This one seems to go hand in hand with the managing of stress. For some it is quiet time or time alone, but most people are relaxing in spite of the smoking. If smoking cigarettes relaxed a person then “Chain Smokers” would be “Zen Masters” but we don’t  see many like that.
  • Take a Break - Well it has been a widely accepted excuse to get up and go for a break. However, more and more companies are creating policies to limit breaks for obvious economic reasons.
  • Be Cool - Most people who started smoking when they were teenagers in High School and even College Students because everyone seemed to be doing it. Many years ago movies promoted smoking as being cool and/or  an acceptable form of rebellion (i.e.: James Dean). However, nowadays it is not so cool … and besides You are Cool all on your own now!
  • Have a Lifelong Companion or Friend - You’ve been through good times and bad, been happy and sad, companionship and loneliness but no matter what “the cigarettes were always there for you” … What a crock of S**T! Although, it does have the makings of a nice story. Friends do not try to harm you every time you engage with them. (If this one hits home for you then you definitely need to read the part about excuses and rationales)
  • Feel Good or Have Pleasure - Again this is similar to the “Pavlovian Response” similar to relaxation.
  • Be In Control - If every time you needed any one of the benefits above, and you got the benefit while simultaneously smoking, then when you smoke and trigger that response it is as-if you are in control of how you feel.

Smoking Cigarettes has become a Habit
Within any habit there is the real benefit of efficiency. Now, there are “Good Habits” (Desirable, Healthy and Resourceful) as well as “Bad Habits” and either way they conserve resources, time and/or energy. (Refer back to Conscious vs. Unconscious Mind) Think about it, if you do something the same way at the same times in the same places why would you need to waste any conscious thought on that process. You can simply allow the unconscious mind to take over and make it an automatic behavior or habit. You would not want to waste one of the 5-9 bits of info that the conscious is tracking (that would be 11-20%) when you can simply add one more to the 2.3+ million bits that the unconscious is maintaining (barely even a percentage). So this is why you can not consciously stop smoking, it is an automatic unconscious habit and behavior.

What does it take to change a Habit?

First off - Very simply … “Wanting to”.
It does not matter how much you “have to”, “need to” or “should”, you will change a habit only when you “want to”. And, you will do it only for yourself. It would be easier to get a new doctor, husband or wife, boyfriend or girlfriend, parents or children, best friend, dog or cat than it would be to stop smoking for any of them. You need to want to do this for yourself.

Next, realize that the unconscious habit is purely for efficiency and is outside of your conscious control, so you need to let the change be directed by and happen at the unconscious levels.

Finally, all it takes is what we have been saying since the beginning … Make a Good Decision! Because, think about all the bad decisions it takes to smoke a cigarette. First, you have to decide if you desire a cigarette or not. Then, if you desire one, you have to decide if you are going to go to the store to get some or not. Then, if you decide to go to the store, you have to decide if you ask for the cigarettes or not. Then, if you ask for the cigarettes, you have to decide if you will pay for them or not. Then, if you pay for them, you have to decide if you will take them with you or not. Then, if you take them with you, you have to decide if you will open the pack or not. Then, if you open the pack, you have to decide if you will take one out or not. Then, if you take one out, you have to decide if you will put it in your mouth or not. Then, if you put it in your mouth, you have to decide if you will light the lighter or not. Then, if you light the lighter, you have to decide if you will light the cigarette or not. Then, unless you are the President, you actually decided to inhale. So the reality is that if any one of these choices was a “NO” then you simply would not be smoking. Even if it were in your mouth, lit and you decided not to inhale, you would not be smoking. Now we want you to make the first and best decision to not even desire one in the first place.

Let’s look at Your “Reasons”, Excuses or Rationales for Smoking.

  • Stress - Although this is probably the number one excuse, nobody really smoke purely because of stress. We mean it’s not like you smoke 40 cigarettes when you are stressed and none when you are calm and relaxed. Most people we talk with might smoke an extra one or two when they are stressed, but most of the others are purely habitual. Really all they want is to relax. If cigarettes relieved stress then chain smokers would be the calmest most relaxed people on the planet… but, Not so much, are they?
  • To Relax - The Pavlov’s Dog Response - Many years ago a behavioral psychologist named Pavlov did an experiment with some dogs. He would give the dogs some food on the other side of a screen and when the dog saw &/or smelled the food it would naturally salivate. This was a totally unconscious response to a natural trigger. Pavlov would instantly ring a bell which created an association (un-natural trigger) with the salivating. He repeated this process several times until an association was made so strong that he could just ring the bell (new trigger) and the dog would salivate (response). He no longer even needed the food to create the response. A lot of smokers have created a similar trigger/response association between smoking and relaxing. There is nothing relaxing in the cigarette, only toxins and/or stimulants. So smokers do not relax because of a cigarette, but rather in-spite of it. We have a way to help you create new triggers for the automatic relaxation response.
  • Lack of Will Power - You would not be able to do 99% of the things you do on a daily basis without Will-Power. As a matter-of-fact all it would take for you to become a Non-Smoker is Will-Power with the proper motivation. Imagine if there were someone holding a loaded gun to your head and they said that if you even think about smoking a cigarette they would pull the trigger and you would be dead - Would you smoke? …Of course not. So all it would take is Will-Power that you already have with the right motivation.
  • It Gives you Pleasure / You Enjoy it - Lets say you smoke about a pack per day. Most people who use this excuse say they only get pleasure from about 3-5 of those 20 cigs. And it takes about 4 minutes to smoke a full cigarette. But you really only enjoy the first few puffs which is less than one minute each. So look at the price you are paying for 3-5 minutes of perceived pleasure per day. The average smoker takes 10-14 years off their life. You are effecting you health in a negative way. You are setting a bad example to those around you and disappointing the ones you love. Now is it really worth it for a few minutes of perceived pleasure or enjoyment? Again, most of this is similar to the Pavlovian response anyway.
  • You Don’t Want to Gain Weight - Where does that myth come from… This is a tricky explanation because you first need to understand some things about both the ingredients in and the effects of smoking as well as that there are only two causes of weight gain (exercising less and/or eating more or “bad” fattening foods). First off, most people are dehydrated and Smokers even more so. Most of the water in our body come from condensing the moisture in the air we breathe. When someone breathes in hot smoke it is naturally dryer and the dust absorbs any moisture in the lungs. When people stop smoking they may naturally gain 2-5 lbs of healthy water weight. This will not effect size or shape, but just the number on a scale. Most people do not realize that cigarettes contain up to 18% sugar and this is why people go for sweets as an alternate. SO here’s the weight gain scenario for those that just stop on their own - They stop smoking and start craving sweets, then they eat lots of hard candies. At the end of a week they check the scale and low and behold they gained 2-5 lbs. Now they are seemingly at a crossroads where they see only two choices - Stay a non-smoker and get fat or go back to smoking and stay thinner. Those that choose stay a non-smoker then resolve that as long as they are condemned to get fat they can let go of all self control they had and eat whatever they want as well as give up that exercise routine. Thus they gain 35-50 lbs and blame the cigs.        We suggest you eat more fresh fruit and/or vegetables to replace organic water and balance your blood sugar … besides no one has ever gotten fat because of eating too many fresh fruits or vegetables.

Why People Don't Stop Smoking

Most people realize that by stopping they will save several thousand dollars a year.

Most people realize that they could add years to their life.

And most people realize that if they stop smoking right now, they could save their health - before it's too late.

So, why do people continue to smoke? With more than 20 years combined experience in dealing with the mind, both in the USA, Australia and in the UK, we have found the answer to be the same all over the world. It all comes down to one thing... FEAR.

  • Fear that you'll have to give up your crutch or pleasure
  • Fear that you won't be able to enjoy life or handle stress
  • Fear that you will put on weight
  • Fear that you'll have to go through an awful trauma to get free
  • Fear that you'll never get completely free of the craving

All of these fears are just examples of one overriding fear. The one simple reason that you have not stopped smoking is that you:

Fear that it is going to be too painful and too difficult!

GOOD NEWS!
Hypnosis Makes it Easy

In fact, our unique hypnosis techniques makes it so easy that after only one session you'll be a happy non-smoker - not feeling deprived, not feeling that you've made a sacrifice and not feeling any pain. Instead, you'll have a huge sense of relief and elation that you have at last achieved what all smokers long to achieve, you have become a happy, permanent, non-smoker.

When smokers try to stop with other methods they suffer misery and depression caused by the feeling that they are being deprived of a pleasure or a crutch. The beauty of hypnosis, and the way we use hypnosis in particular, is that it removes this feeling of deprivation. It removes the need, and the desire, to smoke. You won't need useless aids, gimmicks, or substitutes. No nicotine gum or patches. No inhalers or nasal sprays. No needles or lasers. All that you have to do with hypnosis is sit back in a nice comfortable chair, and relax. It doesn't get much easier than that!

Lifetime Guarantee
We have so much confidence in our methods that after years in practice we are still the only hypnotherapists that offer a lifetime guarantee. This means that if you ever start smoking again, whether it is two days or a few years down the road, all that you have to do is give us a call and if need be we get you back in at no extra charge. You may be wondering how we can offer our clients these free back up sessions for a lifetime...

95% Stop In One Hour

The reason we can offer our unique lifetime guarantee, is because we have such a high success rate. Literally, more than 95% of people stop in one hour, and the remainder stop in a free half-hour back up session. How do we consistently maintain such a high success rate, year in and year out with just a one hour session?

Our Unique Approach

Since the American Medical Association (AMA) and British Medical Association (BMA) approved the use of clinical hypnosis in the 1950s, thousands of people have found hypnosis to be an effective way to stop smoking, lose weight, and otherwise improve their lives. {{ LINK TO YOUTUBE VIDEO}} Of course, there are varying degrees of success with hypnosis because much depends upon the skill, experience, and general competence of the individual hypnotherapist - as  well as the techniques being used by them.

The beauty of our unique approach is that we use the best of traditional clinical hypnotherapy techniques, and combine them with the new science of Neuro-
Linguistic Programming (NLP), which takes the hypnosis to an even greater level of effectiveness.

One of the reasons why it's not painful or difficult to stop smoking with our method, in fact, one of the reasons why it is so easy, is that we  transfer the pleasure or perceived benefit derived from smoking to a healthier positive habit of your choice (e.g. breathing, exercise, drinking more water, relaxation). This is the reason why, with us, there is NO unwanted weight gain or other problems associated with kicking the habit - the only side-effects are an increase in health, wealth, and freedom.

Nothing to Fear
Everything to Gain

Hypnosis is possibly as old as mankind. The old myths and misconceptions about hypnosis have given way to proven, scientifically sound applications. Today the use of hypnosis is seen in a variety of fields including: medicine, dentistry, law enforcement, professional sports, and education.

Most people have a limited understanding of the positive results that can be achieved in a professionally controlled hypnosis session. We would like to dispel some of the myths and answer the most frequently asked questions about hypnosis.

How does hypnosis work? Our minds work on two levels – the conscious and the unconscious. We make decisions, think, and act with our conscious mind. The unconscious mind controls our habits. In the relaxed state known as hypnosis, we can communicate directly with the unconscious mind. This is why it is so quick and easy to change habits of a lifetime with hypnosis.

Will hypnosis work for me? Generally speaking, every normal person is “hypnotizable.” That is, people with an IQ of at least 70 (able to remember your own name), and no severe mental disorders. Therefore, virtually anyone can achieve successful results using hypnosis.

How will I know if I am hypnotized? Most people can’t tell the difference between the hypnotized and the waking states.  Some people feel relaxed and lethargic, others feel lightness. One thing that people do notice is an inexplicable change in their daily behaviors.

Is hypnosis safe? Hypnosis is completely safe. You are aware and in control at every moment and can terminate the session at any time. Hypnosis is not sleep, nor can you get “stuck” in a state of hypnosis. You can’t be made to do something against your will! Hypnosis is a safe, relaxing, and enjoyable experience.

How does hypnosis help me to kick the smoking habit? Because smoking is a habit, it is controlled by the unconscious mind. Since hypnosis and NLP work directly with the unconscious, this is the only method that makes sense! We can help you effortlessly transition into the healthy lifestyle of a happy non-smoker –
It only takes one session to quit.

Who are we ?
New York Institute of Hypnosis, Inc.

Mark Siegel is a certified master practitioner and trainer of Hypnotherapy, Neuro-Linguistic Programming and a Personal Success Coach. Additionally he is the founder of New York Institute of Hypnosis.

He is part of a network of leading hypnotherapists using the most effective process available today to stop smoking in just one hour ... with an astonishing success rate of greater than 95%. This is a proven system that has worked for thousand of clients.

Mark has experience with a broad variety of therapeutic modalities and he is absolutely committed to helping you become a non-smoker. Now.

Mark’s motivation to help people to become “Non-Smokers” stems back to December 1983 when his father died of lung cancer and a brain tumor. His dad Morton was only 55 years young and Mark was only 19. “Morty”, as his friends called him, was Mark’s hero and his tragic and way too early death was devastating.

It wasn’t until 1992 that Mark formally discovered Hypnosis as a tool for helping people to make positive and lasting changes in their habits and behaviors. Mark used this life transforming tool along with NLP in his success coaching practice. However, initially he had limited success with smokers. His determination and focus drove him to study everything he could about smoking cessation methods. Now, even with a 95% success rate he still takes additional courses and programs for helping people make it even easier.

Mark always says “This is the easiest way that we have discovered for helping people to stop smoking and become Non-Smokers for life, because if there were an easier way (that works) we would be doing that.”

Hypnosis makes it easy. Let us make it easy for you. All you have to do is pick up the phone, make an appointment, and keep that appointment. From that moment on, your smoking problem is solved!

About Hypnosis -
What it is not… and what it is.

Not Sleep
Although, it is not being totally awake either. It is kind of somewhere in-between being awake and being asleep. Like those moments when you’re waking up, but you’re not totally awake yet. Or at night when you’re falling asleep, but you are not quite asleep yet. Like when you just find yourself in deep thought staring at a blank spot on the wall and someone walks into the room and calls your name three times before you even notice.

Not Mind Control
If it was they wouldn’t need guns to rob banks. They could just walk in and wave their hand in front of the tellers face and say “Put all the money in the bag, Be Happy and forget that you ever saw me”. Then we’d have a bunch of rich Hypnotists, Happy Tellers and the banks scratching their heads asking “where is all their money?”.  We don’t see this happening quite yet. And then we could hypnotize all the world leaders to “get along, Stop these stupid wars and here… have some money”.

Not Truth Serum
People can lie just as easily when they are hypnotized as when they are not. And besides, we really don’t want to know anyone’s deep dark secrets. We just want you to be honest with yourself and become a Non-Smoker once and for always.

Safe
Hypnosis is fully approved by the American Medical Association (AMA) as a viable therapy since the 1950’s. It has been used since ancient Egypt and before. Overall it is considered a benign therapy in that it can do no harm only neutral or positive results

Not for the Weak Willed
As a matter of fact, studies have shown that the more intelligent a person is, the easier they can be hypnotized. This is because Hypnosis engages the unconscious imagination.

Can’t Get Stuck in Hypnosis
Well, not unless you are in the movie “Office Space”

Not Amnesia
Although, it might be nice to forget about having ever smoked.

No Strange Powers
Sparks don’t fly from our fingertips. Our eyes don’t glow red or create hypnotic spirals.

Hypnotizable
A lot of the myths and misconceptions about this come from TV, Movies and Stage Hypnosis Shows. We see people get up on stage and it’s as if the hypnotist is controlling them. The ones that appear as though they could not be controlled are kicked off stage. When you take an audience of 1000-2000 people there will naturally be a large percentage of people that would not volunteer to get on stage even to receive an award. Most people realize that, at these shows, people will do some silly and/or embarrassing things on stage (in the name of good clean fun, but embarrassing non-the-less). Since they know this in advance, they are basically volunteering to do it. The Hypnotist will usually do a quick suggestability test to see their receptiveness within this environment. Usually about 10-12 stay on stage with 1-2 being the star and following every suggestion. However, even without hypnosis, we could probably find these 1-2 people that would be willing to do silly and embarrassing things on stage. This proves that hypnosis is a great way to get people to do things that they already want to do.

The 12 Main Reasons for Stopping Smoking
  1. You Feel Controlled by Cigarettes and You Want Control of Your Life Back (some people even go as far as saying the cigarettes are like a best friend that has been with them through thick and thin … not really a very good friend though)
  2. Money or Expense of Smoking - The average smoker smokes about one pack per day at about $8-10 this is well over $3,000.00 per year. To net this amount most people would need to earn about $5,000.00. What would you do with an extra $5,000 per year raise - every year for the rest of your life? (Inflation adjusted)
  3. Children or Grandchildren - What could possibly be a more important reason. You are a role model and lead by example (don’t kid yourself by saying you hide it from them …THEY DO KNOW you smoke … and they are counting on you to stop)  Who will they look up to if you are not around?
  4. Health Reasons - This has two main aspects - One is “Current Health Issues” related to smoking and the other is “Preventative” for your future health.
  5. Coughs and Colds - Unnecessary coughs and or colds that seem to last way too long or even lead to bronchitis or worse.
  6. Breathing - How does it feel when you run up a flight of steps that used to be no problem and now you can hardly catch your breath? Breathe Freely!
  7. Death and Dying - Stop playing Russian Roulette thus creating unnecessary fears of death and dying. At the very least you realize smoking is not healthy for you even those with the illusion that no harm will come from smoking. More than 1,200 people per day die from smoking or smoking related diseases … and this is preventable.
  8. Pressure from Others - Do this for your self and your future self … you have someone important to do this for!
  9. Inconvenience - Trying to find a place where smoking is still allowed (usually outdoors where smokers will stand in the freezing cold and rain) just to smoke. Not to mention having to re-arrange your schedule or run out in the middle of the night just to buy more.
  10. Smell of Smoking - Most people think of smoking as a dirty and disgusting nasty habit, where the smell and odor stay with you for hours. Think of how it will be to smell fresh and clean without having to use air freshener or a bottle of perfume/cologne.
  11. Anti-Social - Years ago it was the social &/or “cool” thing to do, however now times have changed and it is considered anti-social. In fact it is becoming harder and harder to find somewhere to smoke. Besides, you went to dinner to be with your friends and family. Have the freedom to socialize anywhere and with whomever you want.
  12. Premature Aging - Just compare the look of a smoker with that of a    non-smoker (same age and lifestyle) the smoker almost invariably looks older. Years ago when you first started smoking in your teens or so, you may have wanted to look older when you were smoking. However, now years later do you want to continue to look older? When you stop smoking, within 2-21 weeks, your circulation improves as well as lung function plus your body will re-hydrate helping you to look and feel younger

The average smoker takes about 14 years off of their life.
This is your opportunity to add some or all of those years back and enjoy even more of the freedom to once again Breathe Freely and Easily!

Hypnosis is a powerful way of getting people to do what they already want to do. You called, made appointment & paid $$...this is obviously something you want to do. This means it will be even easier for you

Do not expect to feel Hypnotized.
You’ll hear the sounds in the room, the sounds of my voice, and be aware of everything, remember everything. At some point you might even say to yourself… “Am I hypnotized or am I just relaxed.” Just keep an open mind, follow all the suggestions, find yourself agreeing with and going along with them and you will be successful. Afterwards we can discuss it consciously and logically.

What to expect after the session:
„« Most people feel like a Non-Smoker as if they never smoked.            (We highly suggest that you feel this way)          This means you have extracted all of the perceived benefits that you could have possibly gotten from smoking and instantly applied them to some new, at least neutral or more resourceful, habit or behavior to fill the void.

„« Another small percentage feels good - Some brief thoughts of smoking come and go quickly, but no real cravings. (usually gone within a day)

„« A few are vulnerable to getting tricked or manipulated to smoke again. They might still be playing that (Yes „² „³ No) Maybe mind game. This means you have extracted all of the perceived benefits, but have not fully applied all of them to new habits to fill that void… yet. (usually subsides in a day or two)

„« About 5% really didn’t want to quit and guess what…they don’t.

„« About 5% try smoking again down the road and obviously need to come back. They say silly things like “I’m strong now I could have just one”        (Realize pure will-power could last at least 2-3 hrs and by then cravings would be forgotten…wouldn’t they…)

There are 4 Ways People Respond to Suggestions:

  1. Accept suggestions fully and completely - these will work 100%
  2. Uncomfortable with suggestions - these get rejected.
  3. Unmotivated—don’t want to be here “What Ever”
  4. Hope it works &/or Let’s give it a try            (not really a positive attitude … more like a non-committal no)

GENERAL FAQ’s

Is Hypnosis like those stage shows, where the person is controlled by the hypnotist?
Quite the contrary. Hypnosis is a state of heightened awareness and focus. You will hear everything and be in full control during each session.

Are only gullible people able to be hypnotized?
It has been proven in clinical studies that the more intelligent a person is, the easier they will go into hypnosis because it engages the imagination.

What is hypnosis?
Hypnosis is defined as trance. Trance is defined as an altered state of mind. As you read this you are in one state of mind, if you were driving a car that’s another, when you are working that’s still another, and dreaming is still another. If all of these are different states, then which one is hypnosis? All or None...You Decide.
It’s about being in the trance that works best for you.

How do I know that I can be hypnotized?
We perform  a series of suggestibility tests before the session, as well as using convincers during the hypnosis.

How many sessions will it take?
This is dependant upon the individual, and is why our programs are custom tailored to meet your needs. With medical hypnosis this will be evaluated by a medical doctor as well. We will do our best to answer this for you at the screening session.

What can I expect at a consultation session?
First, you will be asked specific questions about what you want. Next you will receive an explanation of the different types of hypnosis that will be used to best accomplish your  needs,  goals, wishes and desires, leaving you feeling good for the rest of your life. Finally, pricing will be  determined based upon the program that is best designed for you to achieve your results.

What is a 3-D hypnosis tape?
We recorded a general motivational tape, called “Designing The Ultimate You”, utilizing special  holophonic michrophones to create a true 3-D sound. Some find it very hypnotic,  while others find it inspiring and motivational. Either way you are sure to enjoy it as our gift to you for attending the screening.
